COVER REVEAL: Robert McKay’s WONDERLAND
Hey readerfriends,
It’s been a while since I’ve done a cover reveal, and I’m really excited to bring you this one today–if you like sci-fi and retellings of classic tales, this one’s for you! Robert McKay’s WONDERLAND puts a sci-fi twist on the familiar Alice in Wonderland story, just in time for the 150th anniversary of the original tale. The first in McKay’s Intergalactic Fairy Tales series, the book will be available on August 20th…but if you want a chance to win an advance copy early, throw your hat in the giveaway ring at the bottom of this post (and thank me for the terrible Mad Hatter joke I just sidestepped). There’s a link to a free sample of the book in this post, too, so you can whet your appetite in the meantime.
Okay, you’re probably late late late for a very important date, so without further ado, here’s the beautiful cover and blurb:
WONDERLAND (Intergalactic Fairy Tales)
Teenage Alice didn’t mean to end up on Wonderland, but the living spaceship she commandeered had other plans, and he was very late.
Abandoned on an unfamiliar planet, Alice’s first day as a space pirate has fallen into madness. Caterpillars? Mad hatters? A Jabberwock? A queen known for chopping off heads? Alice must face all Wonderland can throw at her if she’s to take back possession of The White Rabbit and leave Wonderland in one piece.
To be released August 20th.
Thanks for checking out the cover, and enjoy your chapter sampler. Good luck to all of you entering the giveaway!
I demand the Mad Hatter joke!
Thanks for posting this. 🙂
Sci-fi and fairy tales… my kind of mash-up ;D
Oooh! Pretty cover! Fairy tales are fabulous. I’ve always liked The Twelve Dancing Princesses.
